PATTERN SHOWCASE: SWEET SUGAR SWIRLS

I first spotted these types of star blocks in quilts from the 1800’s and quickly fell in love with their fresh and quite contemporary look. I always love when a quilt can look both totally classic and totally fresh and up to date at the same time and this pattern definitely does that.

Our signature star method doesn’t use a single template or “y” seam. Each block is simply strip pieced and assembled as an 8 part star! This is the third edition of this pattern as it has always been one of our customer favorites and that is why it keeps getting released again and again.

This time around our SWEET SUGAR SWIRLS needed a bit of a ROSIE glow up for a perfectly Americana pairing!
