It appears that the cutting for the leaves for this version only account for 2 sets of leaves. You will need to cut some more pieces [should all still fit from the 4″ strip cut for that section] for your last leaf.

Cut (2) 4″ squares to yield (4) triangles [c]. Cut  (3) 3 ½” squares [d]. Cut (3) 3 ½” square to yield {6) triangles [e].  Cut (3) 3″ squares [f].
