As the date for the fabric release of California Girl gets closer and closer, we get more excited about the possibilities of this fabric! So full of fresh colors that just "speaks" beach and spring and summer and picnics and little girl's dresses!

That is very cute, indeed. I cannot wait to get my hands on some California Girl. I just used the last of my Strawberry fields charms for a bag for my best galpal. It was so hard to part with, although I knew my friend would love it.

Beautiful quilt, and it looks so fresh and bright! I like the pattern, too. Unfortunately I have a commission on hand for 4 queen-size quilts (hand pieced & hand quilted!)and I don’t know when I’ll ever have time again to make a quilt for myself…Oh well, I have one down, 3 to go, so I’ll just look and drool for awhile…
