KIT FOR THE DAY: OH CHRISTMAS TREE KIT

I figured it was only right to start off the festivities with our favorite little Oh Christmas Tree kit. Kit contains everything that you will need for the front, the backing, the binding and the pattern. The whole thing my friends!

And its simple enough to easily whip up well before Christmas… an early December weekend project maybe? This quilt works just as well as a table topper as it does a wall hanging as it does a small quilt to lay on the back of a large armchair… how do I know? Well, I have done all three!

BUNDLE FOR THE DAY: CLASSIC CHRISTMAS BUNDLE

Each year we collect our favorite holiday inspired fabrics and stack them up all up together… then we divide them up into a group of our favorite holiday combinations. First up this year, is the TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS BUNDLE. Full of slightly darker greens and darker reds, a few Christmas motifs and then just fabulous blender prints. Each bundle has (12) ½ yd cuts of deep reds, classic greens and creams. Fabulous for so many different projects!

NOTION FOR THE DAY: CLOVER PINS

Each year adding a few of my favorite notions to the sale is one of my favorite parts of the event. I love to share my favorite sewing room notions with you. For those of you who have participated before, these might be old hat. But we always need new pins right?

Here is the description:

“Okay, you know how I said the the LITTLE HOUSE PINS are my favorites ever, well they are… other than these! If you want pins that are a bit longer [they come in at a respectable 1 7/8″ long] and a bit stronger. They come in a quantity of 100, two glass head colors of orange and green in a small plastic box- these pins are as perfect as the LITTLE HOUSE PINS but just a bit stronger and more substantial. They also slide through your fabric like butter and feel wonderful to work with! I’m kind of addicted to both pins and think you need to have them too!”
