PATTERN SHOWCASE: DITTY DRAWSTRING TRIO

Whether you chose a MINI CHARM, a CHARM PACK or a pair of FAT QUARTERS, this will be one of those little bag projects that I think you will come back to again and again. I promise!

It is so simple, fully lined, and has so many possibilities! In fact, feel free to use any measurements & make your pieces anything you want them to be.

Honestly I think you will be really surprised by this new simple method to make drawstring bags… it is a bit addicting!

Leftover scraps, an orphan block pieced into the front, strips… all of these would work as long as the final front size is the same as the lining size.

Gosh…I seriously can’t stop making them! I dug through my stash to make a green version, as well.

• MINI: Finished Size app. 5” x 6” tied bag
• MEDIUM: Finished Size app. 6” x 7 ½” tied bag
• LARGE: Finished Size app. 8” x 8” tied bag

MINI: app. 5” x 6” cinched bag
(1) MINI CHARM and (1) FAT QUARTER
1 yd. ribbon [Summer’s End Ribbon shown]

MEDIUM: app. 6” x 7 ½” cinched bag
(1) CHARM PACK [or any 5” squares] & (1) FAT QUARTER
2 yds. Twill tape [two sided ties]

LARGE: app. 8” x 8” cinched bag
(2) FAT QUARTERS
