RETRO CHRISTMAS PATCHWORK QUILT KIT 

KIT DESCRIPTION:

We originally created this quilt as a last minute gift for my first child out of the nest when he went off to college. He loved the quilt so much that he let us photo him with it literally on his way out the door to leave for school. Since we had bolts and bolts of fabric left, we decided to offer the same project to you as a kit. It has been so popular with so many of you that we decided to offer it once again in this wonderful "Retro Christmas" collection of fabrics. This group of fabrics has been curated over the whole year from so many different MODA designers that we couldn't name them all but include Minick & Simpson, Sweetwater, Sandy Gervais, Essentially Yours by MODA, Bonnie & Camille and others!
These are fun, simple patchwork quilts with a super simple patch block that you make once and then just turn around as you work on the placement of the quilt. Each kit contains (12) 1/2 yd. cuts as shown and a printed pattern. One of the cuts will act as your binding.
You can of course make any other kind of Christmas quilt with this bundle as well. I can't wait to see what you all make! Mock up of what the quilt might look like shown here below.

My studio always has one of these next to the pressing board and this smaller size is perfect to take with you when you travel or to try several different scents! This is a 3 oz. bottle with lid.

From the folks at SOAK, these FLATTER sprays are wonderful to give your sewing a light dusting of scent while pressing. "HANDMAID" CREAM 

The scent drew me in and the cream itself hooked me. It is the perfect feel and I keep one next to the sewing machine and next to the computer. Now to decide which scent??

FIG: I know we are just a bit partial to the Fig scent since I designed the bottle and approved the scent but it is the perfect blend of fruit and sweet. PINEAPPLE GROVE: The Pineapple Grove scent is just summer incarnate in my opinion. The scent takes just takes me away with citrus and fruit and sweetness!  From the SOAK website… "Be a pineapple. Stand Tall, wearing a lily filled crown, and always be sweet on the inside."
