ANNOUNCING…THE ROSIE COLLECTION

Its always a bit scary introducing a brand new collection into the world… but I really do think that you will love this one!!

ROSIE is definitely a bit reminiscent of my CATALINA, AVALON collections…both quilty favorites throughout the years! But ROSIE is definitely my nod to Americana in a new way with multiple tones of denim blues accented by a lovely soft pink… which is not something I normally do.

As many of you might know, pink is definitely not at the top of the list of my favorite colors, and I only add it in to a new group when I think that its soft and warm feel will really add something special to a collection. I felt like it definitely would add something really soft and special here… like a romantic little addition to an otherwise more classic Figgy line!

Celebrating summertime in the country, homemade strawberry pie, picnics at the lake, small town parades and lazy afternoons on the porch. ROSIE also celebrates the fortitude, creativity, and courage of the women who came before us.

Inspired by the iconic “Rosie the Riveter”, a symbol of all of the women in our lives who rolled up their sleeves and did what had to be done, ROSIE hopes to inspire you in new and exciting ways as you dream up new quilts and projects for those you love.
