You read that right! We are celebrating CHRISTMAS IN JULY! All month long, we will be showcasing Figgy Christmas favorites – old and new – as well as celebrating the arrival of my newest fabric collection, BUON NATALE…in shops now!

Not on Facebook? No worries! Each Friday in July, we will be doing a RECAP POST right here on the blog detailing all of the wonderful projects we showcased in the group. We don’t want anyone to miss out on all the goodies we have planned.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Again, this will be a Christmas in July extravaganza all month long! We will be breaking down all of our goodies into these three categories… SEWING, STITCHING and CRAFTING so that everyone can figure out what exactly it is they would like to do.

SEWING

So much fabulous Christmas sewing will be happening this year… I guess that is the price we pay when I design a new Christmas collection :-). For this July, we will be focusing on the HOLLY TREE SKIRT, the CHRISTMAS VILLAGE RUNNER, some fabulous smaller projects made with the Village Border Print [think: pillows, bags] and working with the Vintage Card Panel, as well.

STITCHING

Our “stitching” time will focus around our TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS CROSS STITCH SAMPLER pattern. We will also showcase a few other cross stitch projects we have created, and talk about cross stitch hints and tips as we go.

CRAFTING

Gosh there is a lot of “crafting” potential with this fabric collection. We will be making cards, coasters, ornaments, working with coordinating ribbons, and more. Most of the crafts will be using our VINTAGE CARD PANEL [shown below in both red/green colorways] from the BUON NATALE collection.
