Today I wanted to share about my latest collaboration with a wonderful company, RENAISSANCE RIBBONS. I have long admired the work that Renaissance does in the ribbon world…their craftsmanship and style are unrivaled in my opinion and the detail and colors are just gorgeous. So last year I jumped at the opportunity to work together to bring some of my designs to life on their ribbons!
Introducing…BUON NATALE ribbons in 10 beautiful styles in reds, greens, and creams in a variety of ribbon widths…coming alongside the BUON NATALE fabric collection this month – MAY 2025.
Btw… we will have them for sale by the yard in our shop in the next week!!
Literally…I WANT TO PUT THEM ON EVERYTHING. But seriously…I am very much considering changing over from paper to fabric and ribbon for Christmas and create reusable bags in a variety of styles and sizes tied up with these lovelies! I got the idea from a dear friend [Susan of @thefeltedpear] and I love the idea of using fabric, or re-using, of collecting all the wraps after the family unwrap session, and of the LACK OF MESS at the end. :-)… stay tuned for more info on how I plan to do that for Christmas for sure!
So what do you think of all this ribbon goodness?
Can you visualize adding these to quilt projects as little borders and details….my mind is imagining so many options!
Ribbons will be sold as special sets, as well as on spools by the yard and I cannot wait to use them in a million Christmas-related gifts and projects. Will you join me? Let me know how you would use them in the comments section below!
Happy Sewing!

Morning, I’m looking for the projects that you created using the Postcard panel. I saw them at market and ordered a bolt (and several more bolts), and need help using it.
Thank you.

The ribbon collection is beautiful. I might put them in jar and admire them. Looking forward to seeing your creative suggestions.
