MODA BLOCKHEADS 5: GROUP 2 – WEEK 15

Good morning, everyone! It’s another BLOCKHEADS day today and we are moving right along with this beauty. This week’s designer is Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill Designs and her block is called KEEPSAKE. PIECING INSTRUCTIONS:

As always, I am using the SEW & FLIP method I’ve discussed all throughout our MODA BLOCKHEADS journey for this week’s flying geese units.

Eliminate cutting for [C] and [D]. Instead…

For a 6″ block, cut:

• (8) 1 1/2″ squares [C]
• (4) 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ rectangles [D]

For a 12″ block, cut:

• (8) 2 1/2″ squares [C]
• (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles [D]

This will complete STEP 2 of the MODA pattern. Follow all other steps as instructed.
