ON THE SEVENTH DAY OF CHRISTMAS, MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME, SEVEN SWANS A-SWIMMING.

KIT FOR THE DAY: YULETIDE SPRUCE KIT

… choose the scrappy version or the more controlled alternating red and green trees. Either way it is so much fun to assemble!

BRAND NEW PATTERN RELEASE!

This one is a perfect one to do while having a Hallmark movie marathon I think. Starting off with a honeybun makes it all so much easier! The only choice you really have to make is whether you want your trees to be scrappy or each tree from one strip of the honeybun and therefore all one print/color… not really sure which one I like better. I kind of want to make one… and then there other! And then when I am done… one will all greens trees and red stars. Who is with me?

The kit includes the honeybun for the trees, background, posts, stars, borders, binding and of course this brand new pattern. I love this pattern so much and hope you enjoy it too!!

Quilt Size: 60 ½” X 70″

I am so excited to finish up my personal version of this project when I have a minute to breathe after the holiday rush! xoxoxo

NOTION FOR THE DAY

Although I am kind of a pin purist, I have really enjoyed adding some of these sweet little flower head pins to my pin entourage! They are both functional and cute at the same time!
The sharp finish of the pin glides through many layers of fabric and right into any pincushion. Flat head is convenient for machine stitching and ironing.

Plus I use them to mark rows and other things as well because the head is so easy to see! In fact we have been known to mark them with a permanent pen with numbers to use for row and block markers! They work better than most “official” block markers.

Head is not heat resistant. Do not apply iron directly. 20 pins comes in a card. The pincushion in the photo does not come with the pins.

Lovely red and pink flower heads that just make me happy!
