Well hello my Fig Tree vintage Halloween lovers… I do believe this might be just for you.

Building a whimsical Haunted Mansion was never more fun!!

Grab (2) matching AGATHA ROAD charm packs, separate out and organize your colors and prints, add a few background fabrics & accent colors, and start to build your Halloween neighborhood.

Okay, maybe it’s not quite a neighborhood…. but it sure is a spooky Halloween street of one!

Officially introducing MIDNIGHT MANOR. MIDNIGHT MANOR is based on two AGATHA ROAD CHARM PACKS as well as a few extra print yardage additions for the house, trees and backgrounds. You can of course use any Fig Tree Halloween collections or other fabrics altogether!

MATERIALS LIST

This project is a mix of CHARM PACKS and yardage so please read through the entire pattern to best understand how to organize yourself as you prep and cut your fabrics.

  • 1/2 yd. Cream with Text print (35411-21)
  • 5/8 yd. Cream with Orange Eyelet print (20488-120)
  • 1 yd. Cream with Pumpkin Print (35416-11)
