TRICK OR TREAT: A FREE JELLY ROLL PATTERN

Sometimes you just want to do something fun & easy & seasonal even if you have no business starting another project… am I right? 🙂

So many of you have been enjoying the PUMPKINS IN A ROW pattern these past few weeks and I think a big part of that is that it is fun and fast and some instant gratification for your table. I have LOVED seeing all of your creations so much! Thank you for sharing them with me.

CLICK HERE for that pattern if you would like to make one up for yourself. Kits for that are sold out, but we of course have the pattern.

Well, my good friend Susan [over at the @thefeltedpear on Instagram] were chatting about what fun thing we could do with a jelly roll and Susan knew right away what she wanted to do the moment we started talking about it…

So we thought we would share the project with you! Over the next couple of days, I am going to share the steps to make this very simple JELLY ROLL project. The instructions will ONLY BE HERE ON THE BLOG. This is not a pattern, just a fun FREE project that we are hoping inspires you all!

This is what you will need for this project:

  • 1 ALL HALLOWS EVE jelly roll [or any other favorite Halloween or Autumn jelly roll for that matter]
  • 3/8 yard for the center [we are using the Cream Floral]
  • 2 1/8 yards Ivory Solid For Blocks & Inner Border
  • 5/8 yard Orange Border [we are using the Orange Dot]
  • 4 yards Backing
  • 5/8 yard Binding [we are using a black solid]

If you have those goodies, YOU ARE ALL SET.

If you would like to purchase the kit we have created for this project, CLICK HERE. Limited Quantities Available.

I will see you guys tomorrow with some block info!

Thank you! I purchased a fat quarter bundle of All Hallows Eve, and now I know what I want to do with it. I appreciate the generosity of time and talent of everyone involved!
