Introducing: AUGUST BLOOMS

Introducing my newest pattern, our most recent Little Box of Figs addition, a classic fall inspired project using one of my all time favorite blocks.

AUGUST BLOOMS is the latest in our line of classic, traditional table runners. We always make ours pretty long given our long farm table and you can of course personalize your own version to be shorter to fit your own table.

Either way, this is a wonderful block to work on as you build your own August Blooms.

This version kitted in our lates Little Box is done with a few favorite prints from the brand new DENIM & DAISIES collection. I chose a favorite denim blue print, a caramel print and 2 orange prints to showcase the blocks. It could definitley be much more scrappy too but I liked the idea of making a few blocks from each print and really showcasing those particular prints.

The blocks are set in my favorite Bella Ivory Solid and the perfect EYELET accompanying fabric for the delicate sashing setting and additional posts for just a little flair. Just that tiny subtle change between the solid and the tiny dots is everything I think!

I think that this table runner would look so wonderful in Christmas or Patriotic fabrics or so many other combinations as well.
