New Yummies!

I am in Kansas. Crazy, I know! Teaching and lecturing about color and design to some fabulous quilters and fabric lovers. I love our customers. They are generous and committed and make this business so much fun!

Oh and by the way, don't even think about the Dorothy and Toto jokes. My hub is emailing them to me on a regular basis throughout the day! At least he is entertaining himself while I am gone!

ButI digress. I promised to let you know as soon as we had some new bundle lovelies up….. well, we might have one or two or three all lined up and ready for new homes..

Wow – these are beautiful fabrics. I sure hope the office staff has the brain to keep track of all the orders, the heart to send them all out as fast as possible and enough courage to brave the Postal Service and UPS.

Just came back from Kansas but it was a very quick trip and I didn’t get to hit any of the quilt stores. And I am so glad you’re redoing the cream…I just didn’t get my act together in time but now I have another chance. (Oh and make your hub jealous if you’re near KC, the BBQ is wonderful!)

I don’t buy patterns. Really. It just doesn’t make sense because I know I’m never going to get around to making them. But when I saw ‘Chintz’ some months back I was so tempted. Then I was awake at 4:30am last night and all I could think about was that quilt. So, this morning, as soon as my LQS was open I ran in and bought it. *LOVE* This pattern is SO FUN! Now I just have to decide which fabric to make it in. I’m thinking a Fig Tree collaborative from several lines. Thanks for designing such great stuff! :o)

You crack me up. I hope that the pattern lives up to your 4:30 in the morning vision and that you find time to make it!

What a bunch of lucky fabric junkies over in Kansas! I’m a bit jealous in Seattle, I have to admit. 😉 Your pics have me absolutely swooning. The apple/grass greens and the Fresh solids…my oh my oh my. My head is swimming with all the lovely ideas they inspire! I’m supposed to be focusing on our new shop, but now I am totally sidetracked! Hmm…maybe I should make shop items with this gorgeous fabric and kill two birds with one stone? I think that’s how I’ll justify another fabric purchase to the hubby. HeeHeeHee… Thank you for sharing! (And inspiring!)
