Finishing Up Our Cream & Charcoal Block of the Month

January always brings lots of fabulous quilt finishes for us. That is because each December, we finish up several of our Block of the Month programs. First up is our CREAM & CHARCOAL MYSTERY BLOCK OF THE MONTH, a program that started last January and just finished up in late December. Filled with 6″ black and cream blocks each month, the quilt had a variety of setting options available to the participants. The fabrics are a mix of soft blacks from our Farmhouse II collection, several prints from Urban Cottage from Urban Chicks as well as a few fabulous Gingiber prints and a mix of cream prints of all kinds and varieties!

We decided to do the most simple of the three setting options provided, simply alternated blocks with a variety of cream fabrics and a plain patchwork border. We love how it feels and cannot wait to see it quilted!

If you participated, I would love for you to send me pictures of your finished tops or quilts so I can add them to our post! They have to be clean shots with just the quilt in them- would absolutely love to see them! If you were not able to participate but are interested in this as a pattern, let us know in the comments below. We might just make it into a pattern later this year!

Would love the pattern. I’d want to do the charcoals and creams opposite the one above…

I would love a pattern! I wish I had participated in this particular BOM but had my hands full with a couple of other FigTree BOM’s 😉
